Health Over Aesthetics – A Personalized Approach
Not every patient seeks whiter teeth or a “million-dollar smile.” Some, especially older patients, simply want a healthy, functional dentition, regardless of color.
Even in such cases, treatment must ensure strong, well-matched restorations and healthy gums, as these factors contribute to long-term stability and oral health.

2. In this picture we see the temporary crown, which was given as first aid after the fracture that the patient came with.

3. Completion of treatment: An anterior crown and two posterior bridges. You can be impressed by the color match to the natural teeth, as well as the healthy outline and natural color of the gums, both around the natural teeth and around the crowns.

This patient came for treatment with the feeling that his teeth were falling apart. And indeed, Poor restorations , crowns with exposed metal create a medical and aesthetic problem.

1. Full-Arch Dental Rehabilitation
When comprehensive changes are needed across the entire jaw, including adjustments to the jaw relationship, the modification must be performed in one complete session. In such cases, the treatment is carried out in a single extended appointment, lasting several hours, sometimes half a day or even a full workday.

2. Temporary Restorations – Precision and Functionality
Temporary restorations should closely resemble the final ones in shape, marginal fit, and gum health.
Once the temporary restorations are in place, individual teeth can be assessed, and the foundation for the final restorations can be properly prepared.

1. A 34-year-old patient, approximately five years after having crowns placed in the anterior region. Evidence of gum recession, decay at the crown margins, and gingival inflammation around the crowns can be observed.

The first stage of treatment involves the construction of temporary crowns (see the article on the purposes of temporary restorations in Tagari Blog).

After healing and gum recovery, the treatment can proceed with the permanent porcelain crowns.

1. A young woman, around 30 years old, arrived at the clinic with broken teeth, missing teeth, anterior crowding in the lower dentition, and a faulty porcelain bridge.

2. A temporary bridge in the upper jaw stabilizes the upper arch and allows us to perform preparations, extractions, structure replacements, and similar procedures "behind the scenes," while the patient maintains an aesthetic appearance in the lower jaw throughout the treatment. The orthodontic treatment to resolve the crowding begins.

3. After completing the orthodontic treatment, porcelain veneers can be placed in the lower jaw, and the crowns and bridges in the upper jaw can be finalized. The final result is presented here: a symmetrical smile line, healthy gums, and bright white teeth.
